FAQ

When signing up, will Sellr ask me to register a credit/debit card?
Not with the 14 day free trial. If you decide to upgrade your account, you'll need to give us your payment details.
How does it work with domain names?
All Sellr Stores use the well known CloudFlare CDN for both protection and local delivery so that your website will appear fast wherever in the world it is being viewed. Full instructions are provided on how to set this up.
Does Sellr require a set-up cost?
No, Sellr does not charge any kind of set-up fee.
What is the Sellr - merchant contract length?
We don't tie our merchants down to contracts. If, at any point, you decide you no longer wish to use Sellr, simply close your account and your monthly renewals will cease.
Does Sellr limit bandwidth usage?
No. All Sellr merchant accounts come with unlimited bandwidth.
What is your cancellation notice period?
Immediate. You can cancel your Sellr account at any time, and no further payments will be taken.
Is Sellr PCI compliant?
Yes - as Sellr is 'Out of Scope' for PCI as the payment information goes directly from your customer to the payment service. Sellr does not come into contact with customer payment information e.g. Card Numbers.
Does Sellr provide hosting?
Yes, Sellr provides you with hosting space for your online store.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?
Yes. Simply change the account type in your Sellr admin system, and the changes to your account will become available. Please note that your monthly renewals will also change accordingly.
